Although this is a gorgeous looking bank, it also has a hint of saddness. The bank says good-bye to Brooklyn as the Dodgers would leave that city for the West Coast following the 1957 season. It broke the hearts of their many loyal Brooklyn fans. The bank is 7" tall and beautifully hand-painted. the lettering on the ball and base are in gold as is the bat. It's in near mint condition. This is only 1 of only 2 that we know to exist.
