Here's an outstanding looking Limited Edition from Armstrong Art. It measures 10" across and pictures Pete Rose in his Cincinnati Reds uniform. The plate was signed by Rose with the added inscription "#4256". It comes with a COA from JSA (E01214). It comes in its original box.
