The college football dolls of the 60's have increasingly become one of the most popular series among collectors. These dolls were usually just issued regionally, so they are for the most part - harder to find than their counter-part NFL dolls.This Washington State Cougars doll is from the early 60's using the Baggy Pants style body-type and head. It has sharp bright coloring and strong decals. There is a light harline on the side rim of the head and some minor roughness under the rim. There are a couple of "flea-bite" paint flecks on the shoulder pads. It still would grade excellent plus.
