1956 MICKEY MANTLE "2 -SIDED" EXERCISE POSTER

Here's a very rare cardboard poster from the National Sports Council. This agency often used famous athletes to try to teach youngsters the imporatnce of fitness and exercise. This poster used a young Mickey Mantle as a spokesman to show certain strength exercises. It is two sided and measures about 10.5" x 13.5". there is a grommet on the top so that it could easily be hung. Mantle's picture appears on both sides as well as his facsimile autograph. There is a small stain on the back side. There is also some light creasing, but it displays nicely.
