The 1955 World Series pitted cross-town rivals- the Brooklyn Dodgers and the New York Yankees. The series was a classic with the Dodgers winning in 7 games for their only World Championship in Brooklyn. This pennant was a souvenir of the series. It measures 28.5" from border to tip. The tip is a little frayed. There is some fading, but even with its flaws- it still displays nicely. This is not an easy pennant to find- in any condition.
