This doll is from the NFL's Gold base series of the mid 60's. Please do not confuse this doll with the Merger series. There are many similarities, but the face is different the the body is slightly smaller. This doll is of the Philadelphia Eagles. It has nice coloring with no chips or cracks. There is the usual discoloration of the helmet decals, but this is a beautiful display doll.
