This wooden seat riser (the actual sitting part of the chair) is from the original Yankee Stadium in New York (home of the Yankees). The stadium opened in 1923 and was renovated after the 1973 season. This riser dates back to before the renovation.  It is all original, and the paint is strong for a seat that is over 100 years old. These are great for display, or many collectors get them autographed.
