This wooden seat riser (the actual sitting part of the chair) is from the Polo Grounds in New York. The stadium opened in 1880 and closed after the 1963 season (Mets & Jets original homes). It is all original (the seat was painted green by the Mets in 1962), and although it shows some wear, overall is in excellent condition. All original. These are great for display or many collectors get them autographed.
