This wooden seat riser (the actual sitting part of the chair) is from Ebbets Field in Brooklyn, New York (home of the Brooklyn Dodgers). The stadium opened in 1913 and closed after the 1957 season (when the Dodgers moved to Los Angeles). It is all original, but most of the paint has flaked off. These are great for display, or many collectors get them autographed.
