This 14.5" tall porcelain decanter(dated 1971) seems to be modeled after the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame quarterback- Bart Starr. The figure wears the Packers colors and his number "15". The base reads "Sports Capital of the World - Wisconsin" There's no chips or cracks and it is overall in excellent plus condition.
