This fantastic porcelain New York Yankees bank is from a series produced by the Gibbs-Conner Company in the mid 50's. It's actually a razor bank that was supposed to be used to dispose of double-edged blades. There is a faint message on the back that warns parents to be careful with young children playing with it. It stands about 5" tall and has gorgeous bright coloring. It's near mint.
