This is a very special edition of Sports Illustrated. It's their 2nd ever issue dated 8/23/54. Besides their usual fantastic articles, this issue includes one about the New York Yankees. Included is a tri-fold pullout that pictures 1954 Topps cards of the New York Yankees that include Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra, Phil Rizzuto and Whitey Ford. There's some very light staining on the 1st few pages on the right side (hard to see), but overall it's in excellent condition. This is a harder issue to find than the #1 issue.
