These early bisque comic strip characters actually nod rather than having a bobbing head action. They were all made in Germany and a finely crafted. The six figures are Moon Mullins, Kayo, Daddy Warbucks, Andy Gump, Skeezix and Sandy the Dog(Sandy does not nod). The tallest figure is about 4" high. There is the usual paint wear, but they still display quite nicely.
