Here's a spectacular looking cookie jar produced by the Gibbs-Conner Company. It's part of a series of cookie jars featuring old-time teams. This one is of the Brooklyn Robins who would eventually be re-named the Dodgers. The jar features a ball head wearing a retro baseball hat with the Brooklyn "B"embossed on it. Etched into the base is the team name. the verso side of the base has the company name. It is about 10" tall. The hat is removable. There are some production blemishes, but overall it is in excellent plus condition. It is one of only two examples known to exist.
