1965 BABE RUTH "AURORA" MODEL KIT w/BOX

This model kit was part of Aurora's "Great Moments in Sport" series. There were 6 different kits that were issued in 1965. This Ruth kit is one of the most desirable. It shows Ruth hitting his famous 60th home run of the 1927 season. The artwork on the box cover is awesome. The box bottom has tape in all 4 corners while the top cover is in beautiful condition. Someone painted the field and assembled most of the kit. It still would make a great display.
