Hey Boston- look who's #1 in football- that's right, the N.Y. Giants (couldn't resist the dig).
Anyway, this doll is a beauty.It's from the NFL's Toes-Up series of the early 60's. This variation is Type 2. It has gorgeous coloring and strong decals. There are no chips and only the faint hint of a hairline on the chin strap. There is some light smudging of paint on the base. There's a repair on the back rim of the head. It's still a very pretty doll.
