Although they are not technically bobbing heads, most collectors group the NBA Lil Dribblers in this category because of their look and composition. This Lil Dribbler is one of the keys to the series. It's the hard to find 'white face" version of the Baltimore Bullets. The doll has beautiful  coloring and strong decals. The legs of the doll have been professionally repaired.
