This doll is from the NFL's Toues-Up series of the early 60's. It is of the Green Bay Packers and is a Type 2 variation. The doll has nice bright coloring. The decals are fairly strong. There are no chips or cracks in the head area, but there is a nick on the back collar and it appears as though the neck has been repaired. It displays nicely and comes with its original box.
