Here's another fantastic looking porcelain bak from the Gibbs-Conner series of the 50's. It's of the Pittsburgh Pirates and features an incredibly detailed mascot. The mascot head includes and painted "skull & cross bones" on his eye-patch and a knife between his teeth. It has bright vivid coloring. There is a very light hairline on the front of the base, but it still grades near mint.
