ITPC JUNE 2013 SPORTS MEMORABILIA AUCTION- 300 LOTS
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/22/2013
This extremely hard to find ash tray was part of a short-lived series inspired by the artistry of Fred Kail. It's from the early 60's and has a Boston Red Sox batter attached to a porcelain ash tray. Two sides of the tray have the team name. The statue stands 8" tall and is attached by a wing nut under the base. There is a crack and repair of the tray by the back of the feet that cannot be seen when displayed. There are only a few of the baseball ash trays that are known to exist(all teams), so please do not miss this opportunity to own this classic piece of Kail artwork. This is not one of the newer released baseball figures, but a vintage Kail piece.
