This is one of the most sought after baseball bobbing heads in the hobby. Its of an umpire who carries his mask and broom and wears the old-style "balloon" chest protector. He has a wonderful scowl on his face. The doll looks terrific.There are no chips or cracks and has nice coloring.This doll will compliment any bobbing head collection. Its in near mint condition.
