This amazing full press ticket was for games billed as the Championship of Chicago. They were played between the Chicago Cubs and White Sox in years that neither team made it to the World Series(played in many but not all the years from 1903 to 1942). The games were played in October following the regular season and was considered a heated rivalry. This ticket is for the 1922 series and for games played at Cubs Park. It was won by the Cubs in 7 games. The ticket is in beautiful condition. The name of the person it was issued to is neatly written on the issuing line. It is in excellent plus condition. An amazing ticket for any baseball historian.
