ITPC's 2012 SPORTS MEMORABILIA AUCTION- 200 LOTS
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/22/2012
Johnny Hero was a 12" doll issued in the mid 60's as a more politically correct doll and an alternative to the G.I. Joe doll. He was designed to be outfitted with different NFL/AFL and Major League Baseball uniforms. The uniforms were sold separately and are extremely hard to find in there original window boxes. This Baltimore Colts uniform comes with the hard to find shoulder and knee pads. It also comes with jersey, pants, logo helmet, socks, spikes and a football. The box shows wear and some tears along the borders. The verso side lists the available teams. It's dated 1965.
