ITPC's 2012 SPORTS MEMORABILIA AUCTION- 200 LOTS
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/22/2012
This lot consists of an Official American League baseball in its original box. The ball is stamped with the president of the American League's name on it- William Harridge. William Harridge was president of the A.L. from 1931 through 1959. Based on the stitches and markings on the ball, it is determined that this style ball would have been used from the late 40's through 1959. The ball is clean of any scuffs and is only mildly off-white. The box is solid, but has a tear in one corner. There is also some writing on one panel of the box. It still displays nicely.
