Our last offering of the Petito Studios busts is the gold version of the Alvin Dark statue. It is almost the same as the previous lot(with the obvious color difference) except that this variation has no embossed "B" on the hat. This would seem to indicate that this was a work in progress bust by artist Albert Petitio. There is some scuffing of the paint and a small chip on the back of his right ear. It still displays nicely. please do not miss this opportunity to own one or several of the statues from this incredible find. it may be a long time before you see any others.
