The Cleveland Indians mascot- Chief Wahoo- is truly one of the iconic mascots in sports today. Although it is "politically incorrect" fans have embraced this figure for decades. This chalk ware statue shows Chief Wahoo at his best. It was issued by the Mazzolini Artcraft Company and the statue was patented by the Cleveland Baseball Corporation in 1947(stamped on bottom of base). It stands about 8" tall and has beautiful coloring. There is a small area of paint wear on the top tip of the feather, but it is otherwise in excellent plus condition.
