This slik-like banner was issued after the Cincinnati Reds captured the 1970 National League Championship. It measures 9.75" x 15" and has a beautiful fringe on the bottom. It shows the Reds mascot and declares them as "Champions". There is a little fraying on the side borders, but it would still grade near mint.
