60's WASHINGTON SENATORS "SQUARE GREEN BASE" BOBBING HEAD

Many collectors of baseball bobbing heads make two mistakes with this series (the Square Green base). Some assume that they are part of the regular Green base series with round base. They are not from this series and should be treated as a separate series. The second mistake is that they believe that these were excess dolls from the White Base series that were painted with green bases. This Washington Senator doll dispells that theory. This doll has the "Senators" decaled on the chest- while all White base Senators have embossed letering. This example has nice bright colors and the decals show only minimal wear. There are no chips or cracks. It would grade near mint.
