These two players will always be linked together in baseball history because of Thomson's magical home run off of Branca in the 1951 N.L. Play-Off series. the home run has been coined "The Shot Heard 'Round' the World" as it propelled the N.Y. Giants into the 1951 World Series.

The ball was signed by both Bobby Thomson and Ralph Branca on the sweet spot of this ONL baseball. The added inscription of "October 3, 1951" was added by Thomson. The ball is bright & clean and comes with a COA from JSA. We all mourn the recent passing of Mr. Thomson, but his legacy will live forever.
