This great looking baseball mug was part of a small series of mugs featuring baseball players on the handles. They were made in Japan circa the mid 50's. This one has a batter as the handle. there are also embossed images of baseball scenes surrounding the mug. It is very colorful and in near mint condition. This series is highly collectible and makes a terrific display piece.
