60's BUFFALO BILLS "RIDDELL" HELMET PLAQUE

This helmet plaque was part of a series of AFL/NFL plaques issued in the 60's. They featured a full sized "Riddell" halved helmet encased in a wooden frame. This one is of the AFL Buffalo Bills. The helmet has yellowed a bit from age and the woodden frame and backing shows considerable wear. The frame has nicks and the backside does have some chipping that cannot be seen when displayed. It's not in the best of condition, but it still displays nicely. These plaques are very tough to find in any condition.
