This model kit was part of Aurora's "Great Moments in Sport" series. 6 different kits were issued in 1965. This Ruth kit is one of the most desirable. It shows Ruth hitting his famous 60th home run of the 1927 season. The artwork on the box cover is awesome. The box is in nice condition. Some of the model parts are still on the trees. It appears complete with the original booklet. It's in excellent plus condition.
