This doll is the mascot of the Texas State Fair- Big Tex. It has gorgeous bright coloring and a strong base decal. There is a light hairline on both sides of the head and a small chip. There is also some excess production paint on the back of the neck. It has a removable left arm. It still displays beautifully.
