This is probably the first NFL bobbing head ever issued. It appeared in the 1959 Rams programs as a souvenir. It has a wide wooden base and the uniform os gold/yellow. This doll is the key doll in the Wood base series. This example has bright coloring with no chips or cracks. near mint.
