Reddy Kilowatt is a fictional character that acted as corporate spokesman for electricity generation in the United States and other countries for over seven decades. This doll shows Redy dressed in a cowboy outfit. There's a hairline on the side of the head and a small nick on the back brim of the hat. There's some minor paint loss on the base. This is not an easy doll to find.
