Although technically not a bobbing head (only the ball moves), most collectors place the Lil Dribbler dolls in that genre. Like the 60's bobbing heads, these dolls are also paper-mache. This Philadelphia Seventy-Sixer doll is the black face variation. It has bright clean coloring and strong decals. There are no chips or cracks. This doll is still sealed in original plastic shrink wrap and comes with its box.
