This unusual doll is actually made of taconite (a rock that is turned into steel). It's of the mascot Rocky* (see picture of statue below). It's in excellent plus condition and still has its original paper label on the front and bottom of the base.
*Rocky Taconite is the statue found at the entrance to Silver Bay and represents the birthplace of taconite production.
