This doll is one of the hardest to find and most sought after non-sport bobbing heads in the hobby. It's of the iconic Popeye the Sailor. This example is in incredible condition with bright clean colors and no chips or cracks(we cannot see where there would have been any restoration). There is some minor wear on the base decal. It grades near mint and is one of the finest examples that we've ever seen.
