Although they are technically not bobbing heads (the head does not move), the Lil Dribbler series of the late '60s are usually put in that category by collectors. They are made of paper-mache and only the ball has movement. This Milwaukee Bucks doll is the harder-to-find white-face version. The ball has been restored, but otherwise, it is near-mint.
