This Dodger Weirdo we affectionately call "Grouchy". He's an angry looking guy who's hang tag reads "Nice Guys Always Finish Last". He is bright and clean. There are no chips or cracks and it would grade a strong near mint. The hang tag has discolored from age and is missing its string. These tags are extremely rare and tough to find in any condition.
