This smaller sized porcelain bank was also made by the Gibbs-Conner Company. It was designed for the disposal of double edged razors. the back side of the bank has a faint message etched in warning parents to take care with children near razors. It stands about 4.5" tall and is of the Brooklyn Dodgers mascot bum. It's in near mint condition.
