This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/13/2010
August 18th 1970, Muhammad Ali signed Maurice Stokes Benefit Game Ticket.
The game was played at Kutshers Country Club in Monticello NY. It was a charity basketball game that once attracted the top pro players. Muhammad Ali even trained at Kutsher’s, as did other world heavyweight champions- Leon Spinks and Floyd Patterson. The Maurice Stokes Game - initially raised funds for the injured professional basketball player Maurice Stokes and now raises funds for needy former players from the game's earlier days. The ticket has a few light creases, but doesn't effect the champs autograph at all. Ali signed in blue pen. The ticket measures 4.25" X 3.0". and comes with a LOA from (JSA) James Spence Authentications.
