This year, the original Yankee Stadium saw it's last game and closed its gates forever. This model kit was issued in 1964 by Superior Plastics and is a wonderful tribute to that great American "cathederal". The box cover features a litho of the outside of the stadium and what appears to be a Mickey Mantle look-a-like. The model kit appears complete with its original instructions. this is a must have for any fan of the N.Y. Yankees.
