This is one of the most desirable post-war baseball games in the hobby. It is the 1964 edition of Challenge the Yankees. This game is absolutely incredible. The box cover features an airial drawing of the old Yankee Stadium. There are also three cameo action drawings of Yankee stars Mickey Mantle, Tom Tresh & Elston Howard.There are some tears along the aprons and a small piece of a side apron is missing. The game itself is wonderful. Contents include a game board, score board, result cards and best of all 50 picture player cards (25 yankees & 25 All-Stars). The Yankee player cards include such stars as Mickey Mantle (wear), Roger Maris, Whitey Ford, Yogi Berra and Elston Howard. The All-Star cards include Hall of famers like Bill Mazeroski, Carl Yastrzemski, Al Kaline, Ed Mathews, Hank Aaron, Wliie McCovey, Duke Snider and Juan Marichal. Some of the cards have light pencil writing, but overall they are in excellent condition. The original instructions and some batting order sheets are also still present. You'll love this one!
