This game is endorsed by Sandy Koufax and the cover of the box has a great picture of him. It's called "Strike-Out wth Sandy Koufax" and is a very hard game to find. It comes with board, 2 well used styrafoam balls and the instruction/send-away sheet. The box cover shows significant wear, tears and creasing, but still looks terrific on display.
