1962 ROGER MARIS BASEBALL GAME

Please do not get fooled into thinking that this is the more common Roger Maris Game issued by Pressman. This is the much tougher Maris game issued by Play-Rite in 1962. This game has always been one of our favorites. It has so much cross-over appeal. It is visually stunning with pictures of Maris on the box cover and board, it will appeal to card collectors with over 80 playing cards picturing Maris and it will also be fun for any collector of New York Yankees memorabilia.This example is in excellent condition. It is missing the generic ball/strike indicator and 3 of the 88 playing cards. There is one split corner of the box cover that is easily repairable. The cards are mostly in excellent condition or better. These cards generally sell in the $15-$20 range- so the break apart valueof this game is incredible. A must have for any game collector.
