This hard to find photo pack was issued by Jay Publishing and is dated 1961. There are 12 5" x 7' photos of N.Y. Yankees players in the pack. Mickey mantle appears on the face of the package. There is a tear to the top of the cellophane header- but it appears that the photos are all near mint. This is a toughie to find.
