Before 1965, Major League Baseball had no amateur draft, meaning all unsigned ball players were essentially "free agents". Some teams, including the Yankees, published booklets to entice players to sign with that team. This issue of "Play Ball with the Yankees" was for the 1959 season. It's loaded with pictures and team information. It's in very good to excellent condition.
