ITPC's HOLIDAY 2016 SPORTS MEMORABILIA AUCTION
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 12/3/2016
This terrific looking souvenir statue was sold during the 1956 World Series played between the N.Y. Yankees and their cross-town rivals- the Brooklyn Dodgers. The series was won by the Yankees and highlighted by Don Larsen's "Perfect Game". The statue stands about 6" tall. There is a silver plated plaque on the front of the base. There is some minor discoloration of the figure, but overall it is in excellent plus condition. It is not an easy piece to find.
