This incredible pot metal statue was issued shortly after the tragic death of the legendary Notre Dame football coach- Knute Rockne*. It stands about 8" tall. His name, birth & death years are engraved under his bust. The copyright date(1931) is on the back. It's in beautiful condition.

*Knute Rockne  was an American football player and coach, both at the University of Notre Dame. He is regarded as one of the greatest coaches in college football history. His biography at the College Football Hall of Fame calls him "without question, American football's most-renowned coach."
